When detecting leaks, Ted will do every means possible to locate the problem.
Ted starts off with a basic leak detection using dye to check the points most susceptible to leaks. Once the leak is located Ted will advise the homeowner where the leak is located and offer a proposal to repair the leak. Ted is equipped with sonar equipment which will allow Ted to locate the exact location under the pool deck if a plumbing pipe is leaking. This allows for a more accurate repair.
Our Leak Detections are quaranteed. If Ted can not locate the leak there is no charge for the leak detection. Exception to this is if it is determined that the water loss is caused from normal evaporation. If this is found to be the cause of the water loss Ted will be specific and show the homeowner as well. Normal evaporation is approximately 1/8" a day.

Ted is the owner operator of Ted's Pools. Ted and his wife and two sons will work together to succeed in the building or repairing of your swimming pool. You will reach Rebecca in the office to
assist you with any questions and scheduling. She has been with us for over 15 years. Ted has his helper Greg who will be on the jobsite doing whatever is needed and always able to answer any
questions you may have .. or find out the answer to any question you may have. We may be small, but we strive for exellance in all we do. We are not perfect and do make mistakes but we will make it
right if a mistake is made and will always treat you like family!
